1. diagnostics: your biological business plan

uVida metabolism & performance analysis

Before you touch the first barbell, we take a complete inventory of your body. We measure what others only guess at.

Your breath tells us how your engine is running. About the uVida breath analysis (indirect calorimetry) in just a few minutes:

Metabolism check: We find out whether your body burns fat efficiently or whether your metabolism is blocked. On this basis, we calculate your exact calorie requirement.

Performance check (VO₂max): We measure your maximum oxygen uptake - the scientific gold standard for your cardiovascular longevity. This is how we define your exact heart rate zones for highly efficient endurance training.

InBody 770: High-end body analysis

With the InBody 770 Analysis we look deep beneath the surface. We not only measure your weight, but also analyse your skeletal muscle mass segmentally (separately for each arm/leg), your visceral adipose tissue (organ fat) and your phase angle as a marker for your cellular health.

We programme your training according to the latest hypertrophy studies (as of 2024/2025) to achieve maximum results in minimum time.

Mechanical tension & optimum volume

The research is clear: mechanical tension is the main driver of your muscle growth. We control your volume precisely - we target 12 to 20 sets per muscle group per week to provide optimum growth stimuli without overloading you.

Efficiency through supersets

Time is your most precious commodity. That's why we use time strategically in training agonistic-antagonistic supersentences (e.g. chest alternating with back).

Individualised nutritional dossiers: Based on your uVida metabolic analysis, we will create a customised plan for you. No sacrifice, but strategic fuelling.

Macronutrient optimisation: We calculate your optimal protein target (usually 1.6g - 2.2g per kg body weight) to protect and build your muscle mass.

Everyday compatibility: Your plan is designed to work even with business lunches, travelling and a busy schedule in Zurich.

4. monitoring: your progress every 4 weeks

We don't leave your success to chance. So that we can see exactly how your body reacts to the training and nutrition, we carry out A new InBody body analysis every 4 weeks through.

Our dressing rooms have two lockable shower cubicles to ensure the privacy of our clients. Towels for showering and training are provided. Of course there are hairdryers and additionally a stretching iron in the women's cloakroom. A lock is required to lock the cloakroom lockers, if this is forgotten we can provide locks for hire on site.

Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation deadline
    • Regular cancellation: You must cancel personal training lessons at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment.
    • In case of illness: In case of illness you can cancel until 20:00 on the evening before the appointment at the latest.
  • Notification of cancellation
    • The cancellation must be sent to the responsible trainer by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call. Please make sure that the coach receives the message in good time.
  • Consequences of a late cancellation
    • If the above-mentioned deadlines are not met, the full fee for the booked training session will be charged.
